Our cement prefabricated building range offers an alternative to wooden houses for those who like a house which is more similar to a traditional masonry house.
The advantages are: considerable thermal insulation with subsequent energy saving; fast installation and assembly; fixed prices.
In the photographs which you can see, we have put forward a few suggestions which are, however, only representative of the various possible solutions: single or multiple floor houses; with or without mansard; double- or four-pitch roof and various slopes, etc.
To this end, our technical department is at your disposal for any specific request and for any collaboration aimed at satisfying your requirements.
The consignment includes: complete assembly; external and internal walls, roofing, flooring, internal and external frames, painting, various finishings.
Upon request: electrical, water, sanitary and heating installations.
All models are prearranged for assembly on a reinforced concrete base.
PERIMETER WALLS formed of wooden framework internal load-bearing structure and externally of prefabricated panels of autoclaved, insulated and plastered cement. The walls are also insulated inside the frame with a thermo-acoustic insulating sheet.
INTERNAL WALLS formed of wooden framework load-bearing structure. The lining can be distempered gypsum or impregnated wood. Upon request: plastic plaster finishing (scratched or peeled) and wall-paper.
FLOORING MADE in single-baked tiles both inside and outside the prefabricated house (if there is a balcony) on a sand and cement base; upon request it can be made in wood.
EXTERNAL FRAMES are supplied in monobloc fir wood, complete with shutters and blinds, air chamber-type double glazing and closing hardware. Upon request, the wood essence can be varied. The dimensions are standard for various sizes as established by law.
INTERNAL FRAMES are supplied in monobloc fir wood, with blind panel and frosted glass. Upon request, they can be Tanganyica walnut or chestnut oak.
ROOFING can be made with two or four pitches, with cement roofing-tile finishing. The roof overhang is 100 cm on three sides and 50 cm at the front. The prepainted sheet metal works are included. Upon request: in copper or stainless steel.
FLAT FALSE-CEILING at a height of 270 cm from the finished floor level. A painted and insulated gypsum false-ceiling is included. (Alternatively, the roof can be left visible.)
FINISHING all the visible wooden parts are completed with fungicide and antiparasitic impregnating paint.
ASSEMBLY including board and lodging for the assemblers and any necessary labourers, to be carried out on concrete floor arranged by the customer.
TRANSPORT as far as the building site with a road on which lorries can travel.
